Perfect Keto Preform is an amazing pre-workout supplement and something that I take when I need a boost in performance. It is also one of the first products that I recommend to anyone who is already living an active lifestyle and wants the benefits of proven muscle growth research and the anti-inflammatory benefits of a keto friendly diet/lifestyle.
If you are already an active person, then this could quickly become your goto supplement. If you are just getting an exercise program, I would recommend taking the half serving and see how you feel after a few weeks, then decide if it's the right thing for you.
Who should use it?
Athletes - If you are an athlete, then Perform will give you a boost of energy when training. Just make sure you are aware that it does contain creatine (see below).
Mental performance - Do you need to stay up late (not advised) to meet a deadline. Sometimes it happens, and typically I would put on a pot of coffee, but instead I have been turning to Perform.
Anytime you need an energy boost - If you find that ketosis is making you tired or listless, I highly recommend that you give this product a try. It contains so many essential elements in a healthy lifestyle that when combined with exercise can have a huge impact on your life.
When should you use it?
Perfect Keto recommends taking Perform 15-30 mins before a workout for maximum effect.
How much should I take?
Perfect Keto recommends taking 1/2 or a full scoop to start. If you are exercising for more than 2 hours ( good for you ), then they recommend a 1/2 scoop every additional hour you train.
I always find that starting with 1 full scoop for the first 2 weeks is important. This lets you experience the product as it was designed and then change it depending on how you feel. For most Perfect Keto products, I end up taking a 1/2 scoop once or twice / day.
7.7 g of Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB)
If you have been following a keto-ish diet you will know that BHB is a staple of any ketone supplement. BHB gets carried around your blood and your body's cells use it for energy production. It's like adding clean, fresh fuel to your body without eating a big meal.
5g of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT)
The MCT in the pre-workout comes in a powder form and is easy on the stomach. MCT has been proven to suppress appetite, increase cognitive function, and boost metabolism.

1.5g of Beta-alanine

Beta-alanine is the carnosine precursor, important in protein metabolism and an acid buffer your cells store and use during diet-induced pH drops, which can occur in ketosis.
500mg of L-citrulline
L-citrulline is included to help with endurance and preventive for muscle soreness. L-citrulline is another popular amino acid when it comes to sports and training. Keto Perform Pre-workout has 500mg L-citrulline in every scoop, for reduced muscle soreness, and better endurance for your workouts.
50mg of Green Tea Caffeine
Keto Perform Pre-workout contains 50mg caffeine from green tea. We all know the perk-up effect of caffeine. What’s interesting is how green tea catechins negate the blood pressure and heart rate elevation caused by caffeine.

Perfect Keto says that there are 15 servings in the can, but I will typically get 26-30 servings out of it.
