Welcome to another week of 3 Bullet Thursday or 3BT, here are some things that I have been thinking about this week.
1. Turkey Turmeric Soup
I am a big fan of curcumin which is the yellow ingredient most active in Turmeric. Curcumin is a fantastic molecule and has some impressive anti-inflammatory properties.

2. CrossFit is hiring an army of doctors
I have never been to a CrossFit gym but I've got to give them and their founder, Greg Glassman, some serious props for their latest move in making people healthier. This article outlines how CrossFit is looking to train over 15,000 doctors in the tools and techniques of CrossFit and encouraging them to refer their patients to the program. This will not only benefit CrossFit's influence on governments and policy, which is fascinating in and of itself, but it will lead to more patients getting the exercise they need to get healthy.
